Pre-Race - Day 1 (Wednesday) Part 2

After getting signed off at SCORE tech inspection in the afternoon, Team Mitsubishi/DXR Racing decided to pre-run the first 14 miles of the course as a final check of the truck before heading back to race central for final preparations.

Finally on-course after five hours in tech inspection line...this year's SCORE Baja 1000 has a record 450 entries

Pre-run complete...everything worked as expected. The Team Mitsubishi/DXR Racing Raider is ready for tomorrow's start


Dan Fresh, Driver for the Team Mitsubishi/DXR Racing Raider; he'll drive solo for more than 34 continuous hours if everything goes to the race strategy plan

Sean Douglass is the seasoned, lead co-driver for the Team Mitsubishi/DXR Racing Raider. His job is to keep Dan out of trouble by monitoring the GPS system that contains detailed pre-race notes. Target average speed for the race is about 31 miles per hour.
